'Culmer Lad'
Alive and well at 22years of age after winning Eight Open positions in the Pau Grand National having made his last flight at 12years of age. His positions were 22nd, 37th, 227th, 346th, 373rd, 467th, 614th and finally at 12 years old he scored 761st Open Grand National. He also won 12th, 15th Section Nantes National and 14th SMT Combine Bergerac against 1,973 birds. bred and raced by Eric and Pat Cannon of Godalming, Surrey, England |
'Culmer Belle' Winner of 4th,
76th, 131st, 428th, Open Pau Grand National 540 miles. She won 1st
Section when being 4th Open and was 49th Tours in the Research Race
against 2,821 birds.

The Long Distance Racing Pigeons
featured on this page must certainly be amongst the world's best. These
birds made several trips from 500 miles and beyond, racing through different
seasons and conditions. Although Eric and Pat Cannon do not prefix them
with the title of 'Champion' -- I believe they have more claim than
many!
