This is a series of well acclaimed articles, designed and written to give new starters in the Racing Pigeon Fancy a basic system and guide to common sense Pigeon Keeping Husbandry.

The methods outlined have taken many novice pigeon fanciers to the prize table in very short time. For some, it has taken them to the top of competition against predominently Widowhood Racing Teams.

It has proven to be so successful that some have continued with the methods over a period of many years and proved that common sense will beat any other hyped system in the end.

Pigeon racing is not an exact science, it is filled with mystery and intangibles which may sometimes defy all logic. At the end of any race - it is the pigeon, that will have the final word and not the Pigeon Fancier.

The Novices Social Circle will blow away all pigeon myths and take any dedicated fancier to the top, with very small teams of birds.

Remember this : A good natural common sense pigeon fancier, will always beat a poor widowhood no sense fancier.

It isn't the system that wins - it is the combination of good pigeons, common sense and a good fancier. No system, nor pigeons will make a poor fancier win races by anything other than pure luck!
